Football is a sport in the world,on the origin of football is different.FIFA believes that the sport originated in China."The Water Margin" high ornamental cap,not to mention natural, ancient history in China, there have been Materials "Cuju," the movement records."Cuju" campaign similar to the current Dianqiu,it is not real football, not with football shape. So in the international community agree that "the origin of football in China," said a few persons. There is also a popular saying that football originated in England,is said to England in the 11th century, when Denmark between the outbreak of war, hatred, boredom + England will make a Danish prisoner's head kicked back and forth, they found that playing this kind of thing Very interesting,so start playing ball or other type of spherical objects, from the birth of football. There are, that the Middle Ages ago,the Greeks and the Romans have been engaged in a football game.In a rectangular space, put the ball in the middle of the white line, passed the ball with their feet and rolled the other site, said at the time of this game as "哈巴斯托姆." This legendary "哈巴斯托姆" is not real football,it is more like playing volleyball with their feet, and there is no net.

Football legend on the origin of many, but the legend or no research or through research rather than real football. So what is "true meaning" of football then?FIFA has always been upholding the "fair competition" is the real football,in fact,"fair" but the word is a fashionable jacket that only "competition" is the essence of football.FIFA "Football is originated in China, and then through Persia,Egypt,Italy, after the dissemination of travel to Britain, and then develop." However,"competition" is a product of industrial society, including soccer and other modern sports,is also a product of capitalism and industry.Any ancient times on the football legend and recorded only those who belong to the ancient feudal and agricultural society, that society can only belong to the leisure class have a "game" and can not produce a broad-based mass "movement." Therefore, any football explore ancient words for modern football is meaningless, because modern football is only belong to the modern.Whether it is "Cuju" or "哈巴斯托姆" or other, can develop into a modern football.

思路提示:

Ever since medieval times, football seemed to fit the English people like a glove.Legend tells us that the first "football" matches were played by the mobs at public executions, using the unfortunate victim's head as a ball.Although this gory image is probably not true, the history of English soccer did start in medieval times, but in a less gruesome scenario.

One of the first references to a kicking game comes from Norfolk,in a 1321 document where it is stated that a young man hurt himself during a "game as he kicked the ball".Other references of kicking games abound during that period and the first mentioning of the word "football" was made by King Henry IV of England, who issued a proclamation that forbad betting on "foteball".

In any case,it's well known that the history of English football as we know it begins with the game being introduced in physical education classes throughout the entire public school system of England.

These public schools had their own rules that they played by,although the object of the game, the boundaries and several other aspects started to become common for all of them.

History of Pasta

Nothing says Italy like its food, and nothing says Italian food like pasta.Wherever Italians have immigrated they have brought their pasta and so today it is basically an international staple.Unlike other ubiquitous Italian foods like Pizza and tomato sauce, which have a fairly recent history pasta may indeed have a much older pedigree going back hundreds if not thousands of years. To begin to unravel the long an often complex world of pasta we have to look at its origins and some of the myths surrounding this now worldwide food.

Many schoolchildren were taught that the Venetian merchant Marco Polo brought back pasta from his journeys in China.Another version states that Polo discovery was actually a rediscovery of a foodstuff that was once popular in Italy in Etruscan and Roman times.Well Marco Polo might have done amazing things on his journey but bringing pasta to Italy was not one of them,it was already there in Polo's time. There is some evidence of an Etrusco-Roman noodle made from the same durum wheat as modern pasta called "lagane" (origin of the modern word for lasagna). However this food, first mentioned in the 1st century AD was not boiled like pasta,it was cooked in an oven. Therefore ancient lagane had some similarities, but cannot be considered pasta. The next culinary leap in the history of pasta would take place a few centuries later.

Pasta Today

It is estimated that Italians eat over sixty pounds of pasta per person, per year easily beating Americans, who eat about twenty pounds per person. This love of pasta in Italy far outstrips the large durum wheat production of the country; therefore Italy must import most of the wheat it uses for pasta.Today pasta is everywhere and can be found in dried (pasta secca) and fresh (pasta fresca) varieties depending on what the recipes call for.The main problem with pasta today is the use of mass production to fill a huge worldwide demand. And while pasta is made everywhere the product from Italy keeps to time-tested production methods that create a superior pasta.

Dried Pasta

There are roughly 350 different shapes and varieties of dried pasta in Italy, even more counting regional differences.Shapes range from simple tubes to bow ties (farfalle, which actually means "butterfly"),to unique shapes like tennis rackets (racchette). Many, but not all of these types are usually available wherever pasta is made.By Italian law dried pasta must be made with 100% durum semolina flour and water,a practice that all but the worst quality pasta makers worldwide have since adhered to.However there are two factors in dried pasta from Italy that make it typically better than most other products:extrusion and drying methods.

Dried pasta, especially the more complex shapes (such as radiatore) are designed for grabbing and holding onto sauces.Dried tube pasta (ziti or penne) often has ridges or slight abrasions on the surface to hold onto the pasta sauce as well. These ridges and bumps are created during the extrusion process, when the pasta is forced from a copper mold and cut to desired length before drying. These molds, while expensive and prone to wear are favored for making the best dried pasta. However most producers worldwide use steel molds that produce pasta that is too smooth to hold onto sauce.Fortunately more pasta makers outside of Italy are starting to use the older style copper molds.

After the pasta is cut it must be dried using a process of specific temperature and time. This is another area where mass produced pasta falls short of good Italian pasta made the correct way.The mass produced pastas are dried at very high temperatures for a shorter time than quality pasta.Traditional pasta is allowed to dry slower,up to 50 hours at a much lower temperature. It is after the pasta is fully dried that it is packaged. The result is a product with a much better mouth-feel,quicker cooking time, and superior sauce holding noodles.

简介

Association football is the most prominent sport in Brazil. The National Team has won the FIFA World Cup tournament a record five times, in 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and 2002 [1] and is the only team to succeed in qualifying for every World Cup competition ever held, and to be among the favorites to win the trophy every time the competition is scheduled. Pelé, one of the most recognized footballers in history, led Brazil to three of those championships and is the top scorer of all time in the sport. After Brazil won its third World Cup, they kept the Jules Rimet Trophy permanently. All of the contemporary talents in the national team prominent in the football world include Robinho, Ronaldinho, and Kaká, as well as Marta in the women's game. Some of these players can be considered super-stars, achieving celebrity status internationally and signing sports contracts, as well as advertisement and endorsement contracts, in the value of millions of euros.

历史

In the 1870s an expatriate named John Miller worked on the railway construction project in São Paulo together with some 3000 other immigrant families from the British Isles in the last decades of the 19th century. In 1884 Miller sent his ten year old son Charles William Miller to Bannisters school in Southampton, England to be educated. Charles was a skilled athlete who quickly picked up the game of football at the time when the Football League was still being formed, and as an accomplished winger and striker Charles held school honours that gained him entry into the Southampton Football Club team and later into the County team of Hampshire.

In 1888, the first sports club was founded in the city, São Paulo Athletic Club.

In 1892 while still in England, Charles was invited to play a game for the Corinthians, a team formed of players invited from public schools and universities.

On his return to Brazil Charles brought some football equipment and a rules book with him. He then developed the new rules of the game amongst the community in São Paulo. São Paulo Athletic Club won the first three years championships. Miller's skills were far above his colleagues at this stage. He was given the honour of contributing his name to a move involving a deft flick of the ball with the heel "Chaleiro".

Charles Miller kept a strong bond with English football throughout his life. Teams from Southampton and Corinthians Club travelled to Brazil to play against São Paulo Athletic Club and other teams in São Paulo. After a tour of Corinthians to Brazil in 1910 a new team in Brazil took on the name of Corinthians after a suggestion from Miller.

The Brazilian Football Confederation was founded in 1914, and the current format for the Campeonato Brasileiro was established in 1971.

In 1988 São Paulo Athletic Club celebrated its centenary playing the English side Corinthians at Morumbi Stadium. English Corinthian finish its tour by going against the local professional Corinthians Paulista team, who counted the likes of Sócrates and Rivelino amongst its roster, at Pacaembu Stadium in São Paulo and true to Corinthian principles of good clean football the score was 1 to 0 in favour of the locals when as agreed Socrates changed shirts to play alongside the English amateurs. This did not affect the score unfortunately although a largely packed stadium was cheering on for a drawn result.

It was announced that on September 29, 2007 that the CBF will launch a women's league and cup competition in October 2007 following pressure from FIFA president Sepp Blatter during the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup in China.

足球文化

Football quickly became a passion for Brazilians, who often refer to their country as "o país do futebol" ("the country of football"). Over 10,000 Brazilians play professionally all over the world.[5]

Football has a major effect on Brazilian culture. It is the favorite pastime of youngsters playing football on streets. The World Cup draws Brazilians together, with people skipping work to view the national team play, or employers setting up apparatus for employees to watch. The general elections are usually held in the same year as the World Cup, and critics argue that political parties try to take advantage of the nationalistic surge created by football and bring it into politics. Former footballers are often elected to legislative positions.

One unique aspect of football in Brazil is the importance of the Brazilian state championships. For much of the early development of the game in Brazil, the nation's size and the lack of rapid transport made national competitions infeasible, so the competition centered on state tournaments and such inter-state competitions as the Torneio Rio-São Paulo. Even today, despite the existence of a national tournament, the state tournaments continue to be hotly contested and the intrastate rivalries remain intense.
