释义：象流水那样易变，象杨花那样轻飘。比喻妇女在感情上不专一。

杨花就是每年春天让北方人不胜其烦的杨絮，古人以为，杨花落到水里会变成另外一种东西，后来就用“水性杨花”来比喻女性的善变和淫荡。
